Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to our platform and related services. By continuing to use Apitide you agree to the commitments below. For additional information on how we handle personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.
1. Agreement overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Apitide's workflow automation platform, marketing site, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, requesting a demo, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.
2. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or disable accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use requirements.
3. Subscription and payment
Paid plans are billed in accordance with the pricing agreed during onboarding or displayed on our pricing page.
All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be applied where required. Invoices are due within the payment terms specified and may be settled via bank transfer or authorised card payment.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Services to violate any law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the security or performance of our infrastructure.
We reserve the right to investigate and suspend accounts for prohibited conduct.
5. Data protection
Each party will comply with applicable privacy legislation, including the UK GDPR and EU GDPR where relevant.
Our processing of personal data on your behalf is governed by the Data Processing Addendum (DPA). You are responsible for ensuring a valid legal basis for personal data you submit to the platform.
6. Service availability
We strive for high availability and maintain redundant infrastructure, proactive monitoring, and incident response processes.
Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance via the status page or email. Credits may be offered for prolonged downtime pursuant to our Service Level Objectives.
7. Intellectual property
All platform software, documentation, and branding remain the property of Apitide UK Limited.
You retain ownership of your workflows, connectors, configuration, and customer data. Granting us a limited licence to host and process your content is necessary for service delivery.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties will treat confidential information with at least the same degree of care used to protect their own confidential information and will not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the Services or as mandated by law.
9. Term, termination, and suspension
These Terms remain in effect until your subscription ends or is terminated. You may cancel at any time with written notice; fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, legal compliance, or material breach.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each party's aggregate liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the fees paid during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
