Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan includes a 14-day free trial — no credit card required to start. You can import your APIs, build workflows, and test with real traffic before committing to a subscription.
What counts as a workflow execution?
One execution is one inbound request that triggers a workflow. Internal steps, parallel calls, transformations, and retries within that single execution are all included — we do not charge per step or per connector call.
Can I pay monthly instead of annually?
Yes. Monthly billing is available on Launch and Growth plans at a small premium (Launch: £349/month, Growth: £949/month). Annual billing saves approximately 15%. Enterprise plans are annual contracts.
Do you charge extra for connectors?
No. All 51+ pre-built connectors are included in every paid plan at no additional cost. We do not charge per connector or per API you integrate.
What happens if I exceed my execution limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your monthly limit. If you exceed it, we will not cut off your service immediately — we will reach out to discuss upgrading your plan. Overage is charged at a per-execution rate rather than shutting down your workflows.
Can I migrate from Workato, MuleSoft, or another platform?
Yes. Our solutions team helps map your existing workflows, replicate authentication flows, and manage a phased cutover with minimal downtime. Migration support is included in Growth and Enterprise plans.
Is there a discount for startups or non-profits?
Yes. We offer discounted rates for early-stage startups (under 2 years old, under $5M raised) and registered non-profit organisations. Contact us with details about your organisation.
Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-billing period?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period. There are no penalties for changing plans.
